Net/30daysfrom invoice date on orders over $150.00.There will be a late charge of 1.5%per month on all over due invoices.There will be a $20 fee on all returned checks. We honor:

- Duetonature's way of hand woven products,pattern or color may vary slightly.All sizes are approximate.The measurements given are from the outside of the product and are for the largest piece in the set only.L:length,W:width,H:height,or D:diameter.
- Theminimumrequirement for all orders is $150.00.A service charge of $10 will be added to freight charges on orders not meeting the required minimum.
- Lawrequiresa signed resale certificate to be on file.Orders without a resale number are subject to sales tax.
- Stain &colored baskets,We are not liable for type of usage and any harmful effect which mayoccur.
- A 40%non-refundable deposit for order of pre-order and special customization.
- Colorsonthe item that are painted overseas may run and leave marks.The shades vary from one shipment to another.
- Allitems are for decorativeuse only.
- Newcreditaccounts please furnish us with three credit trade references with complete address,phone numbers,and one bank reference.
- Ourofficehas the right to select the freight company.Unless instructed by customer in writing.
- Any accessory service that the customer requests at the time of delivery will be billed by the freight company directly to the customer.
- Please inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival.Any claim must be reported to the carrier within 7 days after receiving the shipment.No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.All returns must be prepaid.Claims made after 7 days of invoice will not be honored.
- Noreturnon custom painted or stained baskets.All other returns are subject to 15%restocking fee.
- Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collections costs for any delinquency in payments.In case any dispute arise with any order, customer consents to the personal jurisdiction of the court siting in Tarrant County,Texas with respect to all matters relating to any order and waive rights to removal or consent to removal.
